What this is
Salem Dates is being developed by Apogee Event Productions for adults 18 and older. This notice is a working draft for legal review. Enrollment stays closed until our privacy and service checks are complete.
What we collect
When enrollment opens, we will collect the contact and interest details you choose to submit, email verification records, and necessary security records. A deeper profile, personality questionnaire, dating preferences, and stage application are optional. Do not send identity documents, medical details, financial account details, or information about another person.
How we use it
We use your information to manage your account, understand interest in our events, prepare applications you choose to make, and arrange introductions you authorize. We do not sell your profile or use questionnaire answers for advertising. Marketing is optional and separate from service messages.
Who can see it
Your private profile is available to you and specifically authorized team members who need it. Hosts, audience devices, and broadcast screens receive only separately approved show content. A prospective introduction receives only an approved summary. We share contact details only after both people agree.
Service providers
Our planned providers are Cloudflare for hosting and event connections, Supabase for accounts and private storage, and Resend for transactional email. Providers process the information needed to supply those services. No questionnaire answers are sent to an AI model.
Your choices
You can edit or pause your profile, withdraw consent, decline an introduction, block a pairing, or request deletion from your account. You may ask for a copy of your information. Reach the team through the contact route on weareapogee.com if you cannot sign in.
Retention
Inactive dating profiles are scheduled for removal after 12 months, with advance notice. Consent, incident, and financial records follow a separate approved legal retention schedule. Deletion may take time to reach backups; backup expiry and legal exceptions will be finalized before enrollment opens.
Cookies and security
We use necessary authentication and abuse-prevention mechanisms. We do not place advertising pixels or session replay on account or questionnaire pages. We restrict access, protect data in transit and storage, and maintain recovery procedures. No system can guarantee that an incident will never occur.
