Live broadcast

I agree to the livestream of my approved participation at the named event through the channels disclosed in the event media plan. I understand viewers may record or redistribute a broadcast and that material already broadcast cannot reliably be recalled. I can ask staff to stop future participation. This does not by itself authorize later promotional reuse.
